Family Class Sponsorship
The Family Class program enables eligible individuals to sponsor their family members—including spouses, partners, dependent children, parents and grandparents, and certain relatives—for permanent residence in Canada.
We provide comprehensive guidance in assessing eligibility for both overseas and in-Canada sponsorship applications and advise on the applicable legal and program requirements.
We ensure your application is complete, accurate, and supported by strong, well-documented evidence. This includes assessing the genuineness of the relationship and advising on complex issues such as inadmissibility, misrepresentation, or undeclared family members.
Protected Person to PR
If you have been determined by the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) to be a Convention refugee or a person in need of protection, or have received a positive decision on your Pre-Removal Risk Assessment (PRRA) from IRCC, you may be eligible to apply for permanent residence as a protected person.
The application process can be complex and may present challenges, including difficulties in establishing identity and background, addressing undeclared family members, or resolving inconsistencies between your original refugee claim and your permanent residence application.
We provide comprehensive guidance throughout this process, including assessing your eligibility, reviewing your file, and preparing a complete and well-documented application. We assist in addressing potential concerns, preparing supporting submissions, and ensuring your application is consistent, accurate, and aligned with IRCC requirements.
